Toffee Shipping Policy

Currently we are not shipping cheesecakes.

We at Grace Cheesecakes love what we do. We are passionate about creating products that we can really be excited about to ensure that the love gets passed on to you. We do our utmost to assure that we pack and ship in the same loving manner. Please keep the following points in mind when ordering:

Web Orders:

We will retrieve orders from our email during our normal business hours.

Please print out the Toffee Order Form
Fill it in with your order information
Then scan it and email it to: gracecheesecakes@tds.net
Or simply call your order in to 608-516-9888.

Phone Orders:

We will do our best to answer your call personally, but occasionally we miss a call and you will need to leave a message for us. Please leave your name, phone number and your message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Shipping Information:

Your order will be packaged and shipped as soon as possible, most often within 48 hours of it being received – if we have it, we'll pack and ship it!
We ship Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. We want to avoid items being in transit over the weekend. Please keep in mind that orders placed Thursday through Monday will ship the following Tuesday.
If you're ordering for the holidays, please allow an extra couple days to make sure it arrives on time, as we may experience some delays due to high volume.
Orders are shipped via U. S. Postal Service Priority Mail, and generally arrive 2-3 days after we send them.
The packages we send do not require a signature, so please take care to make sure the recipient will be available to receive and properly store the order when it arrives (please keep it out of the sun - thanks!). We cannot be responsible for mishandling, theft, or other damage after the package has been delivered.
Although we do our best to assure that your products are handled with the utmost care during the process, toffee is fragile and we cannot guarantee it will arrive undamaged.

Shipping and Handling Charges:

$18.00 per US Postal package shipped, anywhere in the continental U.S.
Overnight shipping is required for orders placed after December 19th in order to arrive by December 25th. These rates will be based on weight and the "ship to" zip code. When you call in with your credit card information, we can calculate the amount due.
